Promotions at Hyatt Regency, Dar Es Salaam

Hyatt Regency Dar es salaam, The Kilimanjaro announced a double on their promotions within their hotel this week.

Firstly, Mr. Dharmendra Agrawal has been promoted from Finance Director at Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam, The Kilimanjaro to Area Finance Director, now representing Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. Dharmendra has been with Hyatt since 2016, when he started his tenure with the group in India. Before this, he served almost 4 years with Piccadilly Hotels Group.

Secondly, Ms. Iddah Mushi, previously Cluster Director of Human Resources (Hyatt Regency Dar es salaam & Park Hyatt Zanzibar), steps into her new role as Area Director of Human Resources. Like Dharmendra, Iddah will now be taking over responsibility for all talent recruitment and management across Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe.

Hyatt commented that Iddah’s leadership and passion for people make her the perfect fit for this expanded responsibility. Additionally Dharmendra has demonstrated the perfect calibre for this new role. Hyatt were proud of both promotions.
