Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive chef or in a similar role,preferably within luxury but busy hospitality environment with multiple outlets.
  • Ability to develop new concepts, redesigning of the kitchens and managing of the projects overall.
  • Financial acumen in cost control,budgeting and achieving revenue target
  • Strong leadership and management skills,with the ability to motivate,develop and inspire a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of international and local cuisines, with anemphasis on sustainability andseasonality.
  • Knowledge of current food trend and ability to adapt to changing culinary preferances
