Park Hyatt Zanzibar proudly announces the promotion of Mrs. Nancy Nampee Mgaya to Assistant HR Manager, effective July 1, 2024.

Nancy Nampee has a rich career at Park Hyatt Zanzibar that has been marked by dedication and achievement. Starting as an Executive Assistant in 2016, she quickly became indispensable with her meticulous work and commitment. Her journey through various roles, including Front Office and Reservations & Guest Services, showcased her exceptional skills and leadership qualities.

In 2023, Nancy’s leadership was further acknowledged when she became the Branch Leader of the Workers Union (CHODAWU), demonstrating her proactive approach and care for her colleagues.
